Cation rapid setting bitumen emulsifier

The bitumen emulsion produced using DXCRSL2 is suitable for a wide range of aggregates such as silicate, limestone, and dolomite, and demonstrates quick re-emulsification properties in appropriate slurry seal or surface treatment formulations.

It is widely applied in chip seals and bonding layers. The emulsion produced with this emulsifier has high viscosity, making it suitable for applications requiring quick setting and high performance. The minimum addition amount in CRS-2 bitumen emulsion production can reach 0.2%.

This product does not require the addition of acid or pH adjustment during the emulsion process. This greatly simplifies the production process, reduces equipment maintenance, and saves on labor and materials.
